Schnelle Reaktion. Sehr freundlich und emphatisch.
Für einen Gebrauchtwagen Plus von Audi war das Fahrzeug teilweise in einem deutlich schlechten (Gebraucht)-Zustand. Das hätte man im Vorfeld offen und ehrlich ausweisen können und hätte somit allen Beteiligten Zeit und Kosten gespart. Das war rückwirkend betrachtet ärgerlich.
