That he respond
I sent a person to check the car (I am not living in Germany). The person checked the car and the car was ok. We expressed the willingness to buy the car. The dealer promised to keep for us the car for 3 days until we will give the down payment. After 2 days when we went to give the down payment the dealer already sold the car to somebody else.
