The information about the vehicle was detailed and I received all additional details i asked for including 2 DEKRA reports.

When I contacted the company in the first place, I explicitly asked if it is selling cars outside of Germany and what are the terms in this case. [...] first advised me that the company “doesn’t make any netto export” and suggested to me to buy the car as private person and pay the value with VAT which is obviously not refundable it this case. When I insisted for more details why I cannot buy this car as a company, I was advised that there is a way after all but it will take around 2-3 months until we get the VAT back and I will be required to submit a lot of documents. When I confirmed that we want to buy the car, I received an answer that the car is currently reserved for 3 customers until May 17th. First of all, how one car can be reserved for 3 different customers at the same time! Second of all, if the car is reserved, why it’s then listed at mobile.de and why it was also available on their website without any comment or note Reserved until May 17th.
