the dealer was prompt in the early stages when I contacted him.
After the purchase was completed, he was less prompt in responding, but the car he bought was in line with expectations and the documents as well.

easy e-mail conversation
I bought the car without seeing it. I fully read the ad, discussed on the e-mail with the seller, agreed on the price, paid, sent the platform and brought the car to Romania. The ad mentioned extra winter tires. The car arrived only with summer tires. I called and e-mailed the seller and he said the ad did not mentioned winter tires. I saved the ad in pdf and sent him to prove and he replied several days later that he will send winter tires by post. I am curious what tires will arrive.. More over, the car has: - only one key - no webasto remote control (although it should have one) - no bluetooth connectivity (although the ad said it has bluetooth hifi) - front bumper cracked (the ad did not mention) - back bumper scratched (the ad did not mention) - the bonnet has cracked paint (varnish paint) the ad did not mention. The ad mentioned english as available language, but other than basic english I had to translate to german to make sure I make myself understood.

Überhaupt nichts.
Sehr unfreundliche Verkäufer. Die Verkäufer wurden extrem laut im Gespräch und haben einen nicht in Ruhe das Auto anschauen lassen, denn es wurde ständig während der Besichtigung des Autos dazwischen geredet. Dazu kam dass man als Privatperson auf den Verkaufspreis von Mobile.de nochmal 700€ für eine Garantie drauf rechnen musste. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch bei diesem Händler.

Sehr freundlich und guter Beratung. Habe zusätzlich sehr viel Material zum Fahrzeug wie scheckheft und Reparatur Rechnungen sehr schnell bekommen das wahr super 👍.
