Sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Kontakt. Alles lief reibungslos. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Initial contact was good. After that I was not contacted as promised. The Autoland promised to give me an offer for my older vehicle and never did. When I complained to your office about the behaviour of Autoland Celle and I felt that the way I was handled was a violation of the German Gesetz article 3. I was then told by one of your agents that the company has the right to pick who they sell to. Since this time I found another handler who took my vehicle and now I have the vehicle I wanted. This is my complaint.

Abgesprochene Reinigung des Fahrzeuges wurde nicht durchgeführt und erfolgte erst nach erneutem Hinweis.

Der Endpreis entspricht nicht dem der ausgeschrieben war, da man noch eine Gebrauchtwagen Garantie für 300,- € zahlen musste.

Nette, freundliche Beratung. Probefahrt war sofort möglich.

Probefahrt nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich im angrenzenden Industriegebiet.

Die schnellen Raktionszeiten, fand ich sehr gut und dass der Kauf problemlos über die Bühne ging.

Der Tank hätte ruhig etwas voller sein dürfen. Kaum bin ich vom Hof gefahren, war auch schon die Lampe an. Aber Ok...
