As I was buying the van from Ireland and could not travel and pay balance of payment for more than a week, dealer agreed to refund my deposit. Good experience overall

The condition that the deal needed to be completed within a week after I paid my deposit was not clear when paying the deposit. This was misunderstanding and as I was travelling from Ireland and needed to arrange a remote inspection this complicated the deal. The dealer was understanding and we both agreed that it was better to refund the deposit.

Kurze knappe Mehl zu 5 einfachen Fragen, dass das Fahrzeug in 5 Tagen abgeholt wird da verkauft sei. Das Inserat war aber noch Tage online. Ein seriöser Händler macht so etwas nicht! Die Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet. ZB ob ein aktuelle Dichtigkeitsprüfung vorliegt.
