Nachdem ein anderer Kunde das angefragte Bike vor mir erworben hatte hat Thorsten mir ein tolles Alternativ Angebot gemacht. Er war extrem flexibel, hat das ein oder andere umgebaut damit ich das was ich wollte auch bekommen habe! Auch wenn bis auf die Übernahme alles online war hatte ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Das hat sich bei Abholung bestätigt, tolles Team, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich habe im Nachgang noch Zubehör bestellt was auch super in Beratung und Lieferung abgelaufen ist.
