After a while the dealer did give me the information that I needed.
The response time really wasn't the best, also, they do not like to communicate via email, just over the phone. It took them a while to send me the contract, which was hand-written, so I couldn't see what was acutally written, that is why we didn't take the car.

The guy said the car is unfallfrei. At the dealership it turned out the car was broken and repaired. We went there from another country spending time and money for nothing. Do not trust and Avoid this dealership.
