Assistance with loading the motorcycle into the van.
The motorcycle was not in the condition described in the ad. I paid the down payment based on the pictures and detailed description that I additionally requested by email. I traveled 650 km in one direction to pick up the motorcycle (1300 km in total). Upon arriving home, I found a special note on the bill that I was not warned about. After a dozen e-mail messages, negotiations and haggling, we agreed on compensation of €375. Later it turned out that the Remus exhaust was not entered in the papers, although I specifically asked about it and I was told that everything about Remus was recorded in papers. When registering in Croatia, I had to pay for the additional certification of Remus. All in all, very bad expirience, I do not recommend either the seller or the store.
