Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender und kompetenter Verkäufer/ freu mich sehr über den Kauf bei dem Händler, denn er hat eine hohe Transparenz gezeigt und hat direkt gesagt was Sache ist und nicht drum herum geredet. Jede Frage wird bis ins Detail beantwortet und ich hab mich sehr gut aufgeklärt und aufgehoben gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Elbe Car Management is a very reliable and trustful company ! Mr. Umut that helped was very friendly , polite and detailed from the first moment of communication . Once we can not travel to Germany to test the forklift we where about to buy ,need to make all procedure by mail without checking so needed to find a reliable dealer for sure . our worry was with which dealer we would deal with and if he was reliable and if we loose money or not . Same worries all buyers have when buy from distance . From first day the way Mr. Umut handled our request made all our worries dissapear . he proceeded our request as we desired by adding something extra we asked for. we made the payment and 2 days after he loaded the forklift himself in night with heavy snow in order not to loose the shipment . the more positive feedback he have on Mobile than other dealers is not by chance!
