The staff was very friendly, cooperative, responsive and they even gave us coffee while we waited for the documents.

Some of the problems of the car were not mentioned in the ad, nor when asked on e-mail. (E.g.: cracked windshield...)

Geht nicht ans telefon aber schreibt immer zurück. Vielleicht wegen der Sprache. Aber sonst ganz nett.
