Worst experience in 20 years of business! I have worked with German companies but I have never been treated as badly as I am with Procar Automobile GmbH Lüdinghausen. Before completing the purchase of the car I contacted the seller to be sure how to proceed. I sent the documents first to see if everything was ok, then warning them not to make the trip for nothing. After receiving confirmation by phone I went to the store! Everything was fine until tomorrow when I got a phone call and they told me that the sale couldn't be done. I go to the shop to get more info because it couldn't be done: the answer is simple, it just can't be done! The sale had to be all in order, payment immediately via the bank Conclusion: After the economic and moral damage they caused me, 10 days have passed and I still have not had an explanation or an apology from Procar Automobile GmbH Lüdinghausen. I don't know if it's a company policy or if it's for of the incompetent staff! Thank you!
