....ich wurde kurz und knapp abgespeist, dass das angefragt Fahrzeug verkauft ist. Keine Alternativen, warum auch....man will hier nicht verkaufen und schon gar nicht beraten. Offensichtlich verdient das Internet-Team hier zu gut

Fahrzeugzustand wurde als Jahreswagenqualität am Telefon bewertet. Tatsächlich hatte das Fahrzeug Lackschäden (auf der Haube und vord. Stoßstange, der Lack ließ sich abblättern)

Hoch qalifizierte und flexible Beratung. Weil der gesuchte Fahrzeug war schon reserwiert habe ich vegleichbare Angebot bekommen und gekauft. Fahrzeugübergabe mit Blumenstrauß und Winterreifen - wir waren Sprachloss.

I was very interested of that car, but it was sold by auction which is not acceptable for authorized dealer because there was a fixed price.

I liked the car and was a serious buyer. I like jokes. But as an official Mercedes dealership you cannot joke around like this.

I was interested in this car and send an email. The seller told me the car was in the repair shop and took 2-3 weeks to finish. I wrote him i can wait and asked if he had a special price or a discount for waiting/export. He told me it was a fixprice. No discount possible. One day later i recieved an alert on my mobile.de app that the price fropped with 1000,- nobody contact me to give me a notice. I still was a potential buyer. So i send imediatly a mail to my contact and the company that the car was sold. The next day the car was removed from mobile.de. I didnt recieved a mail. But because of the holiday i was patient and wait for the administration to send me a conformation. 2 jan after no email receiving i called the company and the told me the car was sold. They said somebody was having a testdrive while i send the mail to buy the car. Very strange to drop the price with 1000,- when a customer is having a testdrive and when the car is in the shop for repair?

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Beratung obwohl es kein Mercedes war. Und Blümchen ganz es auch!

Leider ist der Händler nicht in meiner Stadt !

Der Verkäufer war sehr freundlich und hat bei dem Kauf des angebodenen Fahrzeuges sofort alle Daten und Belege mir per Mail geschickt. Ich muß sagen daß Mercedes Händler nicht zu viel versprechen Sie halten Ihre Zusagen auch und das ist wichtig. Ich würde sofort wieder bei diesem Händler ein Fahrzeug kaufen.
