I would like to note that after getting in touch with the owner in case of insurance and I requested a pre-contract where the bank account and other details were mentioned that I could buy the vehicle the day after . The owner told me to come in contact the next day and as I followed his advice not only I could not reach him via telephone he eventually responded after three tries by telling that the vehicle was sold . These actions made by a professional dealer was at least unaccepatable but understoodable and of course many of the years living in Germany can not make an immigrant Czech adopt a German’s mentality .
