Very good hendler, he was very professional with choosing the best car for me. And very good choice of cars.

He was very communicative, friendly and understood what I was looking for, so in that way I bought the car I wanted to buy thanks to his assistence.

I called the dealer for the A6, we talked only a few minutes to discuss everything and he gave me all information I want. I paid the car with bank transfer. 2 days later i came and everything was prepaired. Export plates and all papers. The car was in very good condition and the boss family was very nice. After 30 minutes i could go home to Poland. The next time I will buy again a car here. Very good dealer!!!!!

Fahrzeug war sehr gute Zustand, sehr sauber wie neu. Händler hat alles geholfen mit Zollkennzeichen und Papiere. Alles ohne Probleme!!!

Fa. Prodex ist ein junges Familienunternehmen das sich auf Mittelklasse und Luxusfahrzeuge spezialisiert hat. Obwohl sie mehrere Mln. Jahresumsatz macht ist weder der Chef, noch sein Schwiegersohn arrogant. Sie treten eher wie Kumpel auf. Es gibt leckeren Kaffee aus dem Automaten, Wasser, Cola o. Saft. Es herrscht trotz des täglichen Stresses eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Schaut Euch das Objekt Euer Begierde an, macht Probefahrt und sprecht Eure Bedenken offen und ehrlich an. Dieser Händler ist einer der wenigen mit Herz, die sich noch an die Absprachen halten. Er verfügt über genug Sachverstand und behauptet den günstigsten Preis gemacht zu haben. Was allerdings stimmt, er war der Günstigste. Leider kann er aus Zeitgründen nicht so zeitnah auf Emails antworten, deshalb agiert er am Besten telefonisch. Nehmt auch Kurzzeitkennz. mit, falls Ihr von ganz weit kommt. Falls Ihr doch nicht kauft, verliert Ihr möglicherweise 124€ und den Kraftstoff, aber das Risiko der erneuten Fahrt entfällt.

Mailverkehr verbesserungswürdig, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.

I paid 500 e deposit to car dealer so they keep the car while I would come to see it. We agreed with mr Prodanic that they will return my deposit if I don´t want to buy the car. I went there, test drive the car, realized car didn´t have PDK gearbox even they had that feature in their advertise. I asked my deposit back, mr Prodanic said we will return it to your bankaccount. I even have a two witness because they had tax officers doing a research in their office. I didn´t get the money back, I called them, mr Prodanic didn´t want to talk me on the phone but he sent me a email where he said he has changed his mind about returning my deposit. He will not return it. I will of course go to police to make this official, this dealer is not honest. Just want to share this with you. Never pay deposit in advance, there is always a risk of dishonest car dealer. I blame alsomy self too for being so stupid for believing mr Prodanic. We in Finland still believe and trust other people.
