Lexus M.C.F. Motor Company and Herr Sven Kiehne has patiently and very professionally answered all my questions very quickly. I come from Denmark so things were a little bit more complicated as I had to clear everything before going to Berlin to collect the car for import. Perfect and friendly professional help was given. Herr Kiehne picked me up in airport and presented the IS250 in Lexus shop. Everything was precisely as described and the car in a very good condition. It drives like a dream and I am very satisfied. I got the Lexus Select warranty which is very good as car is checked in 125 points. I recommend Lexus M.C.F. Berlin highly and hope to go there next time I want a new Lexus (Denmark has no Lexus dealers - unfortunately). Thanks for such professional service!
