The car was not a Summum and his description was not accurate. He did not want to unconditionally adjust the price to reflect the lack of features that he described as being present. He agreed a lower price BUT demanded an additional €250 for a guarantee, which we didn't want due to the amount of Km the car had been driven. The guarantee would have been money thrown out of the window. The only way that he would sell me the car without the guarantee would have been a private sale. He made it plain that he was not really interested in selling to a private customer - all he wanted was to do was to export the car. It would not have been so bad had it not been that I had flown from Munich to Hamburg to see the car - a fact that I made plain in an email to him.
