Auf meine Fragen wurde per Mail kurzfristig und zielgerichtet geantwortet. Also nimmt sich der Händler Zeit auch wenn es speziell hier (noch) nicht zu einem Abschluß kam. Insoweit kann ich für die geleistete Beratung eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

He was very helpful and friendly. But I find a good car in my contry.

I bought a BMW 320 D listed on Mobile.de. Described as "perfect", when I arrived to see it (flying in from Spain specially) it had minor scratches and chips that required painting on many panels. One alloy was also badly scuffed. Definitely not perfect. They agreed a 500 euro discount to cover the work needed. I was told it had been serviced approximately 4,000 km ago. Verbally they agreed to give me the spare key. After I had driven it away from Hamburg and got used to the computer, I found out that it was actually overdue on the service by almost 4,000 km!! Actually it had never been serviced! I contacted them many times asking for the cost of the emergency service I had to do to be covered but have not heard anything further from them. I have also not been sent the key despite also asking many times. Furthermore I discovered that the declared km was over 10% wrong (some 3,000+ km) at over 33,000km. In short, sadly they cannot be trusted. Do not risk buying from them.

kein deutsches auto,kein service am auto gemacht und auf weiteren nachfragen wurde gesagt das dieses auto nur für den export wäre .jetzt steht das gleiche auto wieder drin mit 250000 km sehr undurchsichtig dort. hinterhof handel

Hat schnell geantwortet

Fahrzeug nicht wie beschrieben, kein Serviceheft, diverse Nachlackierungen, Delle im Dachholm, Radio defekt, Ablage Kofferraum fehlte, Rücklicht gebrochen.etc. 2x 270 km umsonst gefahren. Schade, hätte man mir auch am Telefon sagen können....
