Eugen was friendly and able to answer my questions, despite being rather busy. He invited me in for coffee, answered all of my questions, provided all of the vehicle documents, and even worked with me to pay the car off in two payments instead of one due to banking restrictions I had. I'm writing this review 2 weeks and 4.800 km later, and the car (though cheap) has run great all across Europe - no problems at all. I buy and sell cars for a living back home and know how difficult it is to find quality affordable vehicles, but that's exactly what I got with Eugen. The entire process was seamless, from start to finish.

The people next door don't like the engines to be running for long, and due to a time constraint, I wasn't able to test drive the vehicle. I imagine most people are usually allowed to though, and this vehicle checked out clean so I don't consider this a big concern.
