Unser Berater Herr. Zogaj war sehr zuverlässig, kompetent und freundlich. Er nahm sich genügend Zeit für eine umfangreiche Einführung in die für uns neue Technik, die in diesem Auto verbaut ist.

Basically nothing. The car was nice, though.
Where to start? Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We were in negotiations; it indeed took a week due to personal reasons. When the seller offered me the final price, I CONFIRMED the purchase and agreed to the proposed price; he sent me an e-mail about half an hour later saying he sold the car to another customer for a higher price because it was more money to him. Disastrous and unprofessional, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
