Sehr zuvorkommend, hat sich Zeit für mich genommen und ist auf meine Wünsche und Bedingungen eingegangen. Sehr ehrliche Beratung, welche mir das Gefühl gab, hier in den richtigen Händen zu sein. Werde öfter hier ein Auto kaufen.

Additional charges not discussed when purchasing. Faults found with the car not discussed previously. Failed attempt at a temporary repair found on closer inspection. Other faults found a short while afer purchase. Confusing / contradictory wording in description. Delayed paperwork meant a hotel stay not budgeted for. Communication of the town hall opening times prior to booking a flight would have prevented this. I was told that the secretary spoke enough English to deal with my problems. She did not and the owner was unavailable for 2 days.
