The car 100% correspond the description.
The staff is very unfriendly, rude and loud. Any request was carried out very hard and with constant arrogant attitude. I asked 3 times to get wifi password, I asked 4 times to get bags for tyres, I asked 3 times to make me some copies of docs, I asked the RADIO KEYCODE to the car - they promised to send it by e-mail, but no code received now I need to pay extra money to get it! I do not recommend to buy a car for export from this dealer - They can not provide separate invoice for NETTO price! Export documets are very expensive (I compared with many other car dealers). Besides they made me certificate EUR1 (by 100 EUR!!!) but without customs stamp (for what?!!). I faced many problems and additional costs when buying a car here. After I bought the car already - complete ignore all my emails.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Die autos sind immer so wie beschrieben was h. HERZOG sagt das passt auch jedes mal also wir kommen gerne jedes mal wieder. Wir wunchen viel erfilolg und freuen uns auf weitere geschafte . MfG
