- facilities. I was given a place to continue to work on my own stuff until the papers were ready (and even after) - they have performed a free a/c cleaning of the car - everything looked cool and professional and the dealer was very helpful and responsive
- there was a small dent in the windshield (passenger side) that wasn't mentioned in the description - the cost of the red numbers was not mentioned to me in the confirmation/reservation email and it included a "handling fee" of about 150 euro. I have understood that this is common practice everywhere but, I believe the mark-up they have should cover for any additional handling fee.
