The seller’s attitude was inappropriate regarding our country in terms of vat, almost he didn’t want to sell the car for export in Romania. But, in the second day, he proposed another company from Germany to buy the car and to re-sell to us, after that we could claim the vat from this company. We thought that it was too much for a Mercedes Benz dealer, especially it was not our first Mercedes bought from Mercedes Germany. We told him there is a UE resolution regarding the VAT, but he said that he is not interested in this manner. Thr third day, someone call indeed regarding the VAT, but we denied the deal, because we wanted to buy the car from Mercedes. I think it is a little bit sad...
