I got good personal service. They helped how to get to the store. Linked train timetables etc. They helped whith all necessary paper work to export the car.
Every time I tryed to talk about the price they turned very angry. The car didn't include all parts that had been as new. The car service history wasn't all in the books. And after driving 1000km the 12v battery died. The EV battery was empty even they said they had just charged it. But worst thing was that even the car wasn't what it was agreed to be, they couldn't give even a 50€ discount.

Great communication
The car has some problems we did not know about on the engine, we are sorting it out and the full service history data is not the same like we got info from teh dealer
