The dealer was very helpful and friendly, waited for me on central train station in Valentin, reserved me a car for 3 days, finalized all documents that were necessary for export and much more.
No warranty on cars intended for export (except in the case in which you are willing to pay 1k-2k Euros more for that option). Fortunately the car was in very good (mechanical) condition.
