Sorry for commenting in English, but my German is poor. Herr Jurka was very helpful from the start. He spoke very good English (we are from near London) so that was very useful. He talked us through all of the options and the documentation in English, as well as doing the more obvious things like showing us the functions on the car. He communicated as promised once we had committed to buy the car and arranged replacement all weather tyres at a good price. He was also incredibly patient when we had problems with our incompetent bank. Herr Jurka also demonstrated a sense of humour and was good at making us feel at ease, particularly so we understood the purchase, servicing and registration processes we needed to go through. Having the registration done for us was a great help. Prior to going to the Volkwagen Zentrum Dusseldorf, we had visited several other dealers where the customer service was dreadful. We were delighted with the service from Herr Jurka and Gottfried Schultz.

The registration of the car was a little slower than we had hoped - but it was Karneval!
