Never in the 25 years I have been buying expensive cars from all over the world, have I been treated this way... Bad communication skills, worse attitude, no idea if the car even actually exists, tried several times to get a Sale Contract for the car, sent various mails and sms, waited for the seller to prepare car (a ton of excuses) and not only did this not happen, but the seller completely vanished, treating me like I was a past girlfriend or something. Now, a lot of unexpected stuff can happen and ofcourse anyone can change his mind about the sale or the price even or find another buyer (even though we had agreed), however a simple explanation out of courtesy would be enough. I do not usually write negative comments (even if I was not happy), but in this case I feel I have to tell someone... I lost both time and a couple of other cars waiting for nothig... Luckily I got another car from an actual official Mercedes dealership and was treated like I should.
