Ein sehr freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Umgang mit dem Kunden. In keinster Weise aufdringlich. Prima Kerl!

Öffnungszeiten nach Lust, mitgeteilten Termin zu Besichtigung usw. nicht eingehalten. Fahrt nach Plattling umsonst.

Mr. [...] was very helpful from the first time we made contact - when we asked the questions over the phone several times, and in person. He answered every question in detail and was very friendly. When we arrived in person to look at the car, he let us alone and wasn't being pushy or intrusive, so we had enough time to inspect everything that was important to us and make the decision. In a very airy office we were offered refreshments and did the talk about the price and the paperwork without complications. Mr. [...] was even so helpful, that he led us and helped us do all the legal stuff with the plates and insurance, which would otherwise taken us a lot of time (because we're from Croatia and don't know where to go and what to do in Germany concerning those duties, and in the end had enough time to return back home in reasonable time that day). We didn't have any problems doing business with KFZ Jürgen Kessmann and would gladly recommend this car dealer to anyone.

Mr. Kessmann didn't reply to our e-mails that we've sent to make first contact. He only replied when we called on the phone. Because not answering the e-mails was the first impression we got from the KFZ Jürgen Kessmann, we were at start a little bit disapointed, to be honest. But after making the contact over the phone, we didn't have any complaints after that.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und kompetente Beratung und Kaufabwicklung. Hier würden wir wieder ein Auto kaufen.

Jürgen Kessmann macht einen sehr bodenständigen Eindruck. Ein gesprochenes Wort und Handschlag haben noch den gleich hohen Stellenwert, wie vor 40 Jahren. Was er verkauft, verkauft er mit gutem Gewissen und gleichermassen hatte ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl bei dem Autokauf. Auf boarisch g'sogt: Ois bassd.

Mir hat die lockere Art des Händlers gut gefallen!
