there was no price negotiation nor more info on the car that I have requested in my email, this was important to me because I am not from Germany and I need that information if I woul buy car...I could not decide if the price was ok....

The car!
The dealer was absent, although the people he left to run the place were nice but they had no power or autonomy to answer my needs. All in all, I ended up staying in Frankfurt more than intended because there was no communication.
