Ich danke für den Herr Sen seine gute Beratung aber konnten das Fahrzeug leider nicht kaufen, weil das Auto schon verkauft war. Aber er hat sich sehr Mühe gegeben um uns das Beste Preisleistungsverhältnis zugeben.

Sehr flexibel, immer korrekt, gab es nichts zu meckern.

Zulassungsteil 1 war noch im Autohaus wurde aber nachgesendet.

auf Telefon ist immer erreichbar, ganz freundlich,hat Verstandnis fuer Kaufer.

Zusammenarbeit

Freundlicher Verkäufer, vernüftige Preise. Verkäufer nicht immer vor Ort. Empfehlung: Termin immer voher telefonisch absprechen. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit über Handy.

He answer me very fast and he was very friendly an the phone.

He told me that the car is very good and has no problems with the engine, gear,...(motor, getribe und kupllung). He told me that the only problem that the car has it is the particulate filter (Partikelfilter). I heard the engine sound very bad, but he assured me that it's only particulate filter. Well, he fooled me, because the car has problems with the engine, turbo, Klima and all the sensors. In the end, the car has 8 errors. So, he can be as nices he want on the phone, if he does not say the truth to the costumers...in the end is about our money. Maybe he did not know about those problems, but than how you can sell something about you dont know nothing?
