There are nuances in buying a car, but the manager, in principle, tries to be flexible in solving some problems. Therefore, respect to the manager.
I sent a request to the seller twice. The first time the Seller did not respond. After 8-10 days I repeated my request. They have replyed. The reason is perhaps because they need to be addressed only in English. This is stated on their home page, although the request form is in German.
