Language is an issue. I am an English solicitor and I notice that non native English speakers do not fully understand questions put in English ( even when simple English is used) and confusion in replies arises. The problem is that native English speakers generally do not speak other languages!
They responded fast and were very attentive and polite. They gave accurate information about the vehicle.
