They replied that the car I was interested is sold and asked what kind of car could they find me ? I wrote all features I need and wait for the answer 1-2 weeks :) if you ask me what I need or etc, you should come back to your client! Not only promise. It is simple roles in management and sells departs :) client should feel safe. I am not. But it was an experience. Good luck
