Right from the beginning the seemingly kind approach looked artificial when confronted with the actual handling of the communication process.

Well, this opinion is to warn anyone against this dealer. Firstly, we asked for assistance in getting export plates and were told that they cannot arrange for them. The next day another employee admitted they can. That is just an example of disingenuous approach. Besides, you cannot rely on e-mail communication with this dealer, for they take days to answer - and only those mails the staff find convenient (pretending the rest did not reach their desk). Secondly, a warning for EU-IMPORTERS, we have been contractually assured the VAT will be returned to us in a simple procedure - based on an export declaration, only to be eventually confronted with numerous additional formal requirements that ended up in not having the VAT returned. All in all, if you want to avoid problems, just find another business partner.

They didn’t understand what i told them. The car was a diesel and they wrote in the details that they sell an electric car.
