We bought a used X1 from this dealership. We were met with congenial, well-informed, and honest personnel. The service was also available in English which was a big plus for us. We were in two minds (X1 vs X3) and by understanding the potential vehicle usage, the salesperson helped make a choice. We had an old trade-in vehicle which the dealer would not buy. However, they connected us with the dealer who would buy our vehicle. Also, all the steps in purchasing were taken swiftly. Overall, it was great experience and we would highly recommend the dealrship.
