I had 9 parameters (5 related to car and 4 to the dealer), when seeking a car (BMW 3-Series) from German market. I'm living in Helsinki, Finland. In this case all those were fulfilled. I wrote an eMail, in which I stated very clearly that, I will buy the car without seeing it, if the answers to my detailed questions are satisfied. I have already 2x BMW 320d at home. So I know that car type very well. Mr Ali Chalid answered in few hours and phoned me after that. He and the Company (their Home Pages) was so reliable, that I buy the car at once. We had a fruitful discussion. I signed the Contract and paid the Deposit. Booked a Flight to Frankfurt. The car was exactly as described, even better. After a short Test Drive, I was more convinced. We could close the Deal. Mr Ali Chalid is a real Professional, very Customer Oriented and reliable Person. Everything went as agreed. It was a great pleasure to deal with him.

Nothing to complain. Only the very hot day +34 degree, but that's not their fault ;-)
