The quality of the car for its price. The fact that all the paperwork was taken care of, including export plates.
I bet they have plenty of work to do as they're a big dealer, but, since we only communicated over email, at times I felt it would've been better to get more updates on the status of the transaction.

Das Fahrzeug hatte 2.000 (!)Kilometer mehr auf dem Tacho als angegeben und auf der Auftragsbestätigung. Das Fahrzeug war in keiner Weise auch nur annähernd von Innen oder Außen gereinigt. Es sah so aus als kam es gerade von einer längeren ( 2.000 Kilometer? ) "Probefahrt"
