Eines der schlechteste Autohäuser für mich! Ohne nerven und wieder schreiben,... geht da nichts. Dann kommt mal ein Verweis auf andere Verkäufer, die sich aber nicht melden,...Vielleicht war auch die Provision zu gering?!...Egal!
Die Freundlichkeit und Art der Entschuldigung weil angekündigte Bilder nach über 14 Tagen noch immer nicht geschaltet waren.

I liked that there are many options. 2-year warranty for used cars and there is option to extend it further.
I own an Audi and if I compare my experience with this specific dealer, it's poor. As a small family, we have been hunting for a second hand BMW for about 3-4 months. We contacted the sales people several times on different occasions via phone and in person. Unfortunately, we didn't get any help or feedback from the sales person who promised to keep in touch. We learned each time that the cars were sold while we were waiting a call from sales people. Similar events happened for 3 different cars from this dealer. When we complained, we got a classic reply that there are hundreds of cars that they have to deal. Maybe, they are understaffed. I don't know but searching online, the other customer experiences are similar. Thus, we decided not to "try" to buy a car from this dealer, which does not seem to be able to give basic services to the prospective customers (for whatever reason). (After a week of searching other dealers, we found a better offer.)
