The car - until I tried it (on the parking lot)

Mr. Hillesheim was extremely rude and uncooperative. Although it was agreed that I came from Denmark on Saturday, I could not drive the car or drive in the car by the dealer because of bustle. It would be possible Monday. When I offered to stay on Monday, it was not possible to try it on Monday. When I arrived at the store on Saturday there were almost no customers, and many available to operate. I was allowed to drive 100 meters back and forth in the parking lot, which immediately showed that the coupling was defective / had an error. In a subsequent dialogue with Mr. Hillesheim did not want to correct the error before we bought the car - and we would not issue a binding order on a defective car. I am amazed at such treatment at an official mercedes dealer. Extremely bad and unobtrusive service, and not least that they want to negotiate a defective item - and even push it on to the next customer. I subsequently understand better why it was so important for them that I did not try the

Von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zur persönlichen Beratung vor Ort hat alles super funktioniert. Der zuständige Vertriebsmitarbeiter war sehr kompetent und hat alle Rückfragen geduldig beantwortet. Fazit: Jeder Zeit wieder!

Das immer noch keine Bilder vom S500 in der Anzeige sind, dauert viel zu lange, wurde schnell zugesagt.

Wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt, wurde sehr nett empfangen. Alles sehr gut erklärt bekommen.... kann ich nur empfehlen!!! Top Service
