Quite quick answers although not all answers to my satisfaction including some completely wrong factual information and some information that was lacking.
They would not do a paint job on a car that they were selling at full price. They suggested EUR 60 off for me to do it! Also I needed plates to drive the car to the Danish border. They could help and provided wrongful information. This cost me several hours time when picking up the car letting me to miss an important work engagement in Denmark that day! Dennis was quite helpful in other ways but did not to want to help with things that was wrong with the car (scratches, dents, marks etc.).
Die vereinbarte Probefahrt fand nicht statt und vor Ort wusste der Berater nicht Bescheid. ein zugesagter Rückruf erfolgte nicht. Dieser Händler hat es einfach nicht nötig, habe kurz darauf mein Geld bei einem anderen Händler ausgegeben.
es wurde mir alles ordentlich erklährt,
kan nichts negatives sagen.
