Friendly and honest about the damage the car had, even though it was marked as accident free in the ad. Her English was not so great, but we mostly managed to understand each other. Since I inquired about exporting this car from EU, I was informed their warranty does not apply outside Germany, so no warranty for me, but there was a €500 discount in that case.
Communication was a bit slow and the car was sold before I managed to get all the information from the dealer. And I never even got the response to my second email, not even to tell me the car was sold, which I only realized once the ad was removed from this website. Misrepresented the car as "accident free", when in fact it was supposed to be marked as "repaired accident damage". No assistance with customs paperwork for export.
Most sellers were English speaking. Understanding for my needs. I.e. I needed winter tyres and got them with no charge. They had no issues with performing regular service on their charge. They fixed some additional issues like fuel cover not closing. They did a really complete service - like conditioning seals on panoramdach.
Not all sellers were fluent english speaking. I had to persuade them hardly to fix some simple things, like fuel cover not closing. No additional price negotiations.

Ein super Autoverkäufer in einem tollen Autohaus. Auf alle Fragen gab es eine fachgerechte Antwort. Probefahrt sehr gut organisiert, das gleiche beim Autokauf. Weiter so und alles erdenklich Gute für das gesamte Team.
Da gab es nichts negatives.

Die zum Wagen gehörende Winterkompletträder wurden als "von einem anderen Golf" deklariert und extra (günstig, aber trotzdem) verkauft. Man hätte besser den Gesamtpreis etwas erhöht und die Räder so mitgegeben, wie von vielen ehrlichen VW-Händlern bei den Autos in dieser Preiskategorie gemacht wird. Das ganze hat den insgesamt guten Eindruck sehr stark eingetrübt.
- Sehr freundlich - Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben
-Telefonisch nicht immer sofort erreichbar -Lt. Inserat Parksensoren vorne, tatsächlich waren aber keine vorhanden.

Leider ist dieser T - Roc erst im April Frei, darum habe ich mich für ein anderes, sofort verfügbares Fahrzeug, entschieden.
