I decided to buy a car here in Bs, and as I saw the online-announcement, I already contact Braunschweig Nord Autohaus. My problem was “I don’t speak German so well” but thanks to Mr. Tolga there were NO problems at all! He speaks a great English and he is really available to answer at each question and doubt! Was also my first experience on “buying a car” but once again, Tolga explained me all the process who I should do. As he explained, I did! The car was exactly the same as was described online. I did also a test drive and all the staff is really kind and super available! This crew is really guarantee at 110%!! Awesome staff and awesome cars! Will I advice to other people this Autohaus? Definitely YES! Maximum of the points for you!

Sehr schnelle Antwortzeiten, Terminvereinbarung und Zahlungsabwicklung (Sowohl Kauf als auch Verkauf)! Herr Tolga Özcan war außerdem sehr freundlich, kompetent und kompromissbereit. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Werkstatt hat etwas lückenhaft gearbeitet (fehlendes befüllen der Klimaanlage und etwas zu viel Motoröl trotz absprache), wurde nach drauf hinweisen zur Kenntnis genommen.
