Der Händler ist zuverlässig und der Service ist super. Sehr gastfreundlich und kompetent. Und der Angestellte Herr [...] ist ein echt cooler Typ. ABL Autowert ist sehr empfehlenswert.

The car felt pretty good after a test drive after we "serviced" it. Too bad the dealer is so unprofessional at its business.
Bad customer service and lack of professionalism all the way. The sales representative Alex Ehrlich responded slowly to my questions and had an attitude that could be best described as between arrogant and neutral. Communication was difficult. I had to ask the dealer repeatedly for updates on how the paper work and other tasks related to buying the car were progressing. No proactivity from the direction of the dealer. When we had the scheduled test drive (I travelled from Finland to buy the car) the car was not washed, tires were out of pressure and the brakes were rusty after a long period of no use. There were no documents for the conversion, repair and paint job performed apparently by the sales representative's brother. This was not reported on mobile.de website. I did not buy the car as I cannot register a car in my country (Finland) if there are no documents on how the repairs were done. The dealer does not return deposits for the cars, be warned!
