Very unprofessional, irresponsible. They lied to me. I asked my sister to go from Munich to the garage in Rosenheim and see and test drive the car, i called via video call the representative of the company and we talked and agreed about the final price, i said to him please send me the invoice so i can make the payment, he said i will send it to you later after you provide me your personal data/address. I sent my scanned passport and address and waited for the invoice. I called him later in the afternoon, he said im out of office and in one hour i will send you the invoice. Tomorrow i called him again in the morning, he didnt respond. My sister called him and he said that he will send me the invoice during the day. I wrote to him again via email. No reply during the day. Later that afternoon at 15:11 he replied saying that he cannot sell me the car because his brother-in-law wants it. I was very dissapointed because we agreed about everything. I would never recommend this company.
