I contacted the seller by phone to ask if price of the car was negotiable. Answer was YES but he didn't want to talk about it by phone, negotiation would have been made only "face to face". I said clearly that I would come from Italy, he told me to not worry. I took a flight to Dusseldorf plus a expensive taxi to reach the showroom. The car inside as well the engine/motor was very dirty, NO tempomat and isofix as advertised and was missing the 3rd key with the code. After the test drive I asked to discuss the price, the seller answer was "the price remains the same"! I explained I was coming from Italy and he had guaranteed a negotiable price, but he didn't want to hear it! The seller's misconduct costs to me 470E and a great anger. He simply should told me that the price was NOT negotiable so I could have decided whether to go in Germany or not. I buy recent second hand cars in Germany since 2004, this was definitely my worst experience, I definitely will not suggest this seller!

Trotz Absprache Probefahrt und an schauen nicht möglich, unnötig 1,5st gefahren. Auto nicht so wie in inserat beschrieben.

Der Freundliche umgang und das eingehen auf die bedürfnisse

Der Händler war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abwicklung verlief außerdem problemlos und schnell. Nur zu empfehlen.

Die Beratung war sehr kompetent. Das was ich bei 10 Händler zuvor in einem Zeitraum von einem halben Jahr nicht hinbekommen habe, hat Herr Bas für mich innerhalb von 3 Tagen möglich gemacht. Bei ihm ist für jedermann was dabei, sodass man sowohl seinen Erstwagen als Anfänger dort finden kann, als auch sein Traumauto. So ein freundliches Team und so einen tollen Service - AUCH NACH DEM KAUF - habe ich zuvor nirgends gesehen.
