It was sold new here in Finland in 1961. The original registration certificate from 1961 is still present, also the original service manual.
We have records showing that it was removed from traffic use in 1971, this was quite common here in Finland back in those days when the owners were unable to afford to maintain or keep the vehicles road worthy. By removing it from traffic use stopped any road taxes to be paid.

The second owner purchased it at some stage and had it restored to its current condition around 20 years ago.
It was the sold to the third owner in 2018, he owned it for four years and it was then sold to it current owner in 2022.

The current owner had it registered on the Finnish museum register in 2023, also the same year it was inspected by Classic Data. The Classic Data value was an impressive “1-“, the only reason it was not granted a the top grade “1” was because of the after market battery cut-off switch fitted in the engine bay.

Milage is currently reading just under 65 000 km, there is no reason to doubt this reading going by its history and documentation.
Recently the gearbox was completely refurbished, since then driven around 1000 km. It was only opened and checked due to a leaking seal, the repair shop's comment was that “it was like new inside".
