Unfinished Project Car for Sale: 1992 Nissan R32 GTST Type-M
I am regrettably putting up for sale my cherished 1992 Nissan R32 GTST Type-M. This car has been my project since 2011, but due to ongoing commitments and relocating to a different country, it has been in storage since 2017.
Originally equipped with an RB20DET engine and a manual transmission, the car is registered in the Netherlands.
Between 2011 and 2017, the car underwent a complete rebuild, respray, and extensive modifications to both the chassis and engine. After the rebuild, it was driven for approximately 500 km to break in the engine before being stored in a dry, warm garage. Recently, the car had all its fluids changed and was brought back to life. It starts, runs, and drives beautifully, and is in overall excellent condition.
However, the car has not been properly remapped (currently running on Nistune base maps), and I would recommend upgrading the clutch and gearbox. A few finishing touches are still needed to complete the project.
The genuine reason for sale is that I simply haven't had the time to dedicate to this project since 2017. With my growing family, I don’t see that changing in the near future. I would love to see this car go to an enthusiastic owner who wants to finish and enjoy it, rather than parting it out.
