You just don't come across anything like it! Just by Googling it becomes clear that the prices of these R129 models are on the rise and here would be an ultra-rare AMG model! This car is in a great color (color code 199, pearl black), which collectors think is just the right color for these sought-after nostalgic cars such as the 190 and 500E models, R129 SL and SEC-SEL models.

The interior has a stylish original black leather upholstery and precious wood finish, which will surely appeal to many people instead of a special colored interior. The heart of this R129 is the very reliable M119 gasoline engine, which in this special AMG model has grown to 6 liters producing almost 400 horsepower!

In terms of drivability, this SL offers a really valuable and smooth ride for its age with a restrained V8 background rumble. The steering feel is really predictable and easy to control compared to a traditional car from the 90s. The large "Yankee-like" comfort seats are also nice for traveling longer distances.
