After World War 2 and up to the beginning of the 50s, Alfa Romeo's model program was characterized by older designs that were not so up-to-date anymore, but in 1954 things began to look different when Alfa introduced their Giulietta model series, which to start with could be had as a coupé and 4-door sedan and already the following year as a 2-person open sports car designed by Pininfarina.
The model was internally called 750 and is not only new in design, in terms of engine, Alfa introduced their new 1300 ccm revving TwinCam engine that produced from 53 up to 100 HP.
The combination of small light cars with sporty driving characteristics led to comparisons at the time with Porsche's 356 model
This car in question has been delivered to the USA from new and has reportedly been owned for many years by an Alfa enthusiast, where the car has been part of a larger collection from 1978 until his death in 2020, along the way the car has been continuously maintained and has, among other things, a around the turn of the millennium the interior was refreshed so that even to this day it looks nice and inviting with the black leather seats with red edge stitching.
If you are an Alfist and for the older models, you owe it to yourself to take a look at this beautiful car. Odometer shows 87,000 miles but is no guarantee.
